MICRON+ DRUM 200 drum unloader designed for unloading hot melt adhesive drums of 200 L /55 gal, ensuring homogeneous melting, effective sealing, and a constant adhesive supply in demanding industrial applications.
For drum removal, the system offers an automatic ejection option via air injection, preventing incorrect handling by the operator and ensuring a safe and efficient process.
Its modular design makes it a highly configurable solution, capable of adapting precisely to the specific needs of each customer.
PRECISE APPLICATION CONTROL
The integrates adhesive weight control system (ADA) provides precise flow regulation by automatically adjusting the pump speed according to the required amount.
All control functions are integrated into Meler’s electronic platform, ensuring process stability and excellent repeatability in adhesive application.
INTEGRATION WITH THE MAIN MACHINE
MICRON+ DRUM 200 integrates easily with any main machine thanks to the various communication protocols offered by the melter, facilitating its incorporation into existing production lines.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION. ZERO DOWNTIME
MICRON+ DRUM 200 includes the Tandem option as standard, allowing two Drum 200 melters to operate in parallel to aoid machine downtime during drum changes.
Communication between both follower plates is simple and fast thanks to a pre-installed cable harness with connector.
