Micron + TPD offers advanced usability and energy efficiency while ensures the best adhesive careful treatment. Based on this technology, Focke Meler has created a Micron + TS (Tobacco System) version equipped to accomplish tobacco market requirements with:

Ready to run
The equipment is designed to be easily installed thanks to its “harting” External I/O connections.
- Electrical power connection: “Harting” external connector for a simple installation (3-phases 400/230VAC with neutral)
- External I/O connections: The melter’s input and output signals (I/O) allow it to communicate with the main machine simply and directly trough the “harting” connector”.
- Automatic feeder: pre-configuration installed for a fast connection of the granulate automatic feeder option
Highest safety
This version has implemented extra security features to ensure the highest safety in the production process.
- Burn protection: incorporation of protective parts (hoses output and drain valve)
- Real hydraulic working pressure system: pressure value is displayed in the front panel and is linked to the main machine(via 4-20 mA signal). It offers self-diagnostic test and programming.
- Teflon free tank specially designed to adapt to tobacco market regulations with low level capacity sensor
- Double safety contact between the melter and the main machine
