CHRONOS, AN APPLICATOR THAT CHALLENGES TIME

Hot melt dot or bead electromagnetic applicator for applications in high-speed falding machines, small labels (tobacco, pharmacy, cosmetics), confectionery (sweets and chocolates) or sample packaging systems. lts compact design enables installation even in places where space is limited.

CONTROL WITH ELECTRONIC BOARD

The applicator is activated by an electronic control board [XC500]. suitable for controlling up to two modules for hotmelt. The control board is equipped with a rotary switch that allows you to choose the size of the dot applied (in fixed mode or with use of PW). lt also allows the bead mode (where the output signal fallows the input signal applied]. For a quick response from the applicator module, a 54 VDC power supply must be used.

PRECISION AND HIGH SPEED

The electromagnetic modules are of high response speed, resistant to wear and easy to maintain. It has a great durability and its endurance is guarranted until 450 millions cycles. There’s no need to use air pressure. It is conceived to work in hotmelt applications uat a frequency up to 800 Hz depending on glue and dot size (from 0,5 a 15 mg).
