Meler, your gluing solutions partner, resumes its presence at international trade fairs with a special focus on the packaging and graphic arts sectors.
This year, Meler will land for the first time in countries such as Saudi Arabia and Tunisia.
ADHESIVE BONDING SOLUTIONS WITH A FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY
As in previous years, Meler’s booth will be equipped with a semi-automatic table, thanks to which visitors will be able to test the simultaneous application of up to 7 adhesive application patterns. This complex demonstration, which combines 7 different applicators activated with a single photocell, is an unusual installation in packaging industry configurations, but it allows for demonstrating Meler’s technical potential.

Micron+ ECO: the melter with the lowest environmental impact for automated applications
Aware of the environmental commitment of many of its customers, Meler has designed a melter that guarantees sustainable production. With a reduced tank that keeps the adhesive in perfect condition and total control of emissions, Micron+ ECO is presented as the best option to reduce the energy consumption and environmental impact of Industry 4.0 packaging manufacturing lines.
Micron+ Foam: the first compact melter
Based on Micron technology, Meler introduced the first compact melter in the market in May 2024. Micron+ Foam meant the incorporation into the packaging sector of a technology proven in other sectors, such as household appliances and automotive manufacturing. The increase in the size of the bead, the flexibility in application, but above all, the reduction of adhesive consumption, are the productive advantages that have positioned this equipment as one of the great innovations for the packaging world that can be seen in the fairs of 2025.
A ROBOTIC HOT MELT APPLICATION
To celebrate the return of Ipackima (after the cancellation of the last edition due to COVID-19) Meler has organized a partnership with ABB Robots and will perform live foam adhesive applications together.
