Meler participates in the Open Innovation Challenge of the international trade fair Advanced Factories to find a partner to create a new verification system for Industry 4.0.
The ninth edition of the international trade fair Advanced Factories has arrived in Barcelona with a focus on the latest solutions and technologies to improve the efficiency and productivity of factories and Meler had to be there!
Meler proposes its technological challenge in the Open Innovation Challenge of Advanced Factories
As part of the activities proposed by the fair, the Open Innovation Challenge took place: a meeting point designed to bring together, on the one hand, companies that pose technological challenges and, on the other hand, start-ups and suppliers willing to create specific solutions to meet them.
Meler was part of the meeting with a productive challenge that aims to improve the verification process of one of its main product references.
“We verify 100% of the components of our units, and what we would like is to take a step forward in the functionality of this process to gain greater control and generate a record that provides us with complete traceability”.

The event took place on Wednesday, April 9, and the Meler team was present to listen to the innovative proposals of the companies registered for the event.
Navarra, Industrial Region 2025 in Advanced Factories
In addition, this new edition of Advanced Factories has chosen Navarra as the Industrial Region 2025 for its leadership in innovation, digitalization and sustainability. Navarra stands out for being a pioneer in Industry 4.0 and an optimal environment for industrial transformation thanks to the emergence of clusters and institutional support.
For this reason, Navarra was the protagonist of one of the networking days attended by a dozen companies and representatives of the region to share with attendees their vision of the industry and the projects in which they are immersed.
Meler is honored to have been invited to the event and expects all the networking in Advanced Factories, will lead to new partnerships to find the answer to its productive challenge.
