High delivery with a compact melter
Micron+ DUPLA, with a 45 L (12 gal) tank, becomes the largest of Meler’s compact melters. It optimizes your production space.
It offers a pumping capacity of 100 kg/h (220.5 lb/h) per pump, so it is capable of supplying a flow rate of up to 200kg/h (440.9 lb/h).
It also has 8 hydraulic outlets.

Micron + Dupla offers the versatility of working with two circuits that can operate independently and with different pressure. It is able to feed several dosing points simultaneously, even combining spiral and cord.
Accessibility and cleanability
This new melter has also been designed according to Meler’s total accessibility principles to facilitate daily maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Towards a more universal language
Micron + Dupla inaugurates an electronic interface based on symbology to increase its user-friendliness.
