Splitter is a pattern generator that creates intermittent activation signals (24 V) to save adhesive easily.

Available in the MICRON+ ECO and MICRON+ range.

EASY PROGRAMMING OF SAVINGS PERCENTAGE

The user sets the desired savings percentage on the integrated MICRON+ touch panel without modifying the customer’s PLC.

Splitter automatically calculates the pattern to achieve the indicated saving.

WORKING MODES

Repetitive saving: Always producing the same product with constant dimensions.

Variable saving: Producing different products with varying dimensions.

Advanced settings allow full pattern customization.

Pattern type: dotted (along the entire length).

Dot size can be customized by adjusting duration (TON).
