Hot melt adhesive application on textiles and mattresses

Our innovative systems offer precise control over all types of process and textile media, whether for instant sticking or subsequent reactivation by the user. We have swirl or coating applicators and multi-module applicators, which are very commonly used on this type of media. Self-adhesive hot melt is generally used, providing permanent sticking with the flexibility that the fabric requires.

A particular case is the gluing of felt and covers in the mattress industry, for which Focke Meler has developed its wide range of applicators for manual or automatic bead and swirl use in the many installation variants used in this industry.
