Polyurethane-based reactive adhesives need a completely dry atmosphere before they are applied as they crosslink in contact with the moisture in the atmosphere, hardening quickly.
Dehumidification of more than 99.98%
The dry-air system generates a moisture-free atmosphere in the melter units thanks to the incorporation of an air-drying system in certain models, providing dehumidification of more than 99.98%. This ensures that the adhesive is preserved without premature crosslinking inside the unit’s application system.
Double filtering system to remove air impurities
The system incorporates two stages with filtering vessels for solids and liquids, removing any impurities contained in the compressed air from the supply network.
