CN coating applicator for intermittences

SIMPLIFIED AND OPTIMISED DESIGN

The applicators adapt in size to achieve the range and coating width required (maximum width of 1000 mm).

It provides thermal stability and uniformity in the applicator-nozzle assembly.

REVERSIBLE NOZZLE

The applicator’s reversible nozzle allows it to be mounted in the optimal position for the production line, regardless of the coating direction.

TOTAL ADAPTABILITY

It can be used with CN mid-speed modules or CN-HS high-speed modules for better performance and faster application speeds, to adapt to any gluing need.

QUICK AND CLEAN CUT-OFF

High-speed cut-off system for a perfectly clean cut-off at the end of the application.

It uses injector modules with differential pneumatic control.

All the models have the option of including a standard built-in filter.

Shared (via air distributor) or independent pneumatic control version for each module.
With Pt100
Ni120 and NTC (R) technology for the temperature sensor.
Internal parts are accessed from the side by removing the closing plate.
