Multibead head

Recently Meler with PUFFE (our partner in Germany) has developed a new multibead head for applying beads in MINIPLEAT MACHINES. The advantages of this head are:

Distribution of the adhesive exactly the same in all the modules
Absolute simultaneous opening and closing of all modules
Perfect cut off adhesive in intermittent applications
QUICK FIT valve solenoid to reduce maintenance time to minimum

These heads are available from 4 to 50 modules, with different classical modules NDD (air open / air close) and NDS (air open / air close) of ‘meler’ and double closure modules and zero cavity of PUFFE.
