New installation in Australia of a PUR system for bookbinding

The installation was completed using a Kolbus Publica KM410 of 30 clamps (max speed 15,000 cycles/hr)

Meler, in combination with our partners Futuregraphic, has once again successfully completed a bookbinding installation in Australia.

Meler, strengthening its presence in this market, used on this occasion the PS200 drum unloader and the Meler book spine roll header and guides. The biggest advantage of the PS200 is the direct use of the material packaging, which does not require protection systems when using reactive polyurethanes as it only melts the material being pumped. Our lamination header provides maximum precision for the various book widths. This PUR-based book binding system was implemented in combination with a Kolbus Publica KM410 of 30 clamps (max speed 15,000 cycles/hr)
This new project would not have been achievable without the help of Futuregraphic (www.futuregraphic.co.uk): Meler specialists and partners in this type of installation.

At Meler, we want to continue developing the book application market. We are very committed to projects in the graphics industry and have a team of highly specialized and strongly motivated professionals. For further information:info@meler.com
