Ikarus Station goes far at InterSupply
Dortmund was able to witnesses Meler’s resounding success at InterSupply: the World’s Largest Trade Fair for Tobacco Products and Smoking Accessories celebrated last week.
Messe-Dortmund opened its doors, one more time, to present the latest news and developments in the tobacco sector; a place which Meler took advantage of to exhibit, and also launch, one of its latest and most important developments: Ikarus Station. An innovative gluing station for tax stamps focused on the e-cigarettes, disposables, shisha tobacco and cigar packaging.
With a very creative booth in which the different company’s brand were also significance, Ikarus Station was, undoubtedly, the star of the show. “We have had a massive response”, says Georg Rosenthal, Meler’s Germany Country Manager, “from the first day of the fair we had requests from large companies interested in the station”, he emphasizes.
Ikarus Station enables small and medium size companies of this market to keep up with the new tax legislation. It professionalize the application of the tax stamp with an affordable investment. The result? 500 tax stamps applied in just one hour. The Plug&Play system is fully electric – no need of pressurized air – and allows to process any format like carton-boxes, bottles or metallic shisha containers directly and without any training.
