Pre-sales and after-sales service

From the pursuit of assistance to meler’s clients, pre-sales and customer services were born. Their mission is to assist our current and potential customers in the search and implementation of the best gluing solutions for their products and to collaborate in the maintenance and update of their equipment and hardware.

The entire team at ‘meler’ is involved in these two main areas of commitment with our products’ users, from the Sales Department to our technicians at the Technical Assistance Service, implicating the rest of the organization: Purchasing Dept., Manufacturing, Quality Service and Shipping Dept.

Meler’s management encourages these services as basic pillars of our daily activity and promotes the necessary projects for new developments in the fields of new technologies and specific designs.
