Bags lamination step by step

After a testing stage to analyze the gluing results and the maximum attainable output, an adhesive strips application system has been launched for small paperbags. The step by step vertical application system revitalizes subsequently the applied hot-melt to carry out the final gluing, after incorporating the product inside.

The installation is made up of a micron 8 gear and an intermittent fast cut-off coating head to make 10 mm strips with a 80 to 120 mm adjustable length.
