Meler will present its new range of Zero Cavity modules in the PPMA Show in Birmingham

Meler, a leading company providing Hot Melt solutions, applications and components for PUR and EVA adhesives, will be present in the PPMA Show to be held in Birmingham (UK), at the National Exhibition Centre, from 29 September to 1 October, in Hall 5 H60.

PPMA is an annual show dedicated to processing and packaging machinery and will be stage chosen by Meler to showcase their new range of Zero Cavity modules, perfect for any application that requires absence of adhesive strips. These modules have been designed to prevent clogging and eliminate small impurities automatically. They are resistant and capable of withstanding even the highest speeds. The company will also present their new EFFIBEAD, the ideal device for saving on adhesive. Capable of splitting continuous bands of adhesive into non-continuous sections, this device optimises the amount of adhesive applied and is easily assembled in existing installations.

But these are not the only novelties, the company will also present their new range of HS Microprecision Series Hot Melt adhesive applicators for high-speed machines. Their dot and bead applications are so precise that they are perfect for markets such as Packaging and Visual Arts. This range has a built-in filter in the applicator to prevent obstructions in the nozzle and is very easy to change, greatly facilitating its maintenance. Last but not least is the MU Series, the applicators with the highest demand due to their flexibility and high durability.

Meler also has a wide variety of melters that are suitable for multiple industrial production processes. All of the equipment is based on “Micron Technology” and shares one common goal, to reduce electrical energy consumption to a minimum.
