New 200L melter unit
Meler enlarges his macro system range with a new 200L version
Since the 1st of July 2011, 'meler' released a new 200 liter 'macro' melter. A tank capacity of 200 liters and a melt rate of 220 kg/h is suitable for application with big consumptions of Hot Melt, as for example the Filter Industry.
38 kW heating capacity distributed between the premelter, the main melter and the manifold allows an even and powerful performance of smooth and controlled melting.
The installation of maximum 4 pumps with a pump rate up to 180 l/h each gives a large range of possible applications, where constant flows and momentary consumption peaks can be coped. A new Profibus connection increases the communication capacity of this 'macro200' melter.
